Remote troubleshoooting
Most users dread the thought of having to unplug everything on thier desk, and take thier tower into thier local computer company, especially if its a small problem from the start.
Logic Unlimited is now offering Remote troubleshooting as a means of avoiding the hassle.
Remote troubleshooting is an internet based connection directly to your computer so we can take control and work through problems for you, or with you. Many problems with your computer are software based, and many of those can be corrected without you ever leaving your home.
While we work, you can sit and watch, we can do so with you on the phone so we can talk you through what we are doing. We can even train you while we are working on it.
For smaller, less critical problems, Remote Troubleshooting is the way to go for convience and affordable fixes to those irritating problems that occur.
*Remote Troubleshooting not available in all areas, and depends greatly on your network connectivity, and firewall/router configuration.
**Remote support requires a download of ______, a free, easy to install and configure application we will gladly assist you with over the phone.
Rates for Remote Support:
20.00 an hour, Minimum 1 hour, bills in half hour increments.
Should the problem require onsite service, we can provide that as well. Our onsite service rates are also extremely affordable.
