Windows 7 Tip for bringing back the quick launch bar
Written by Daniel Longieliere on November 22

I recently installed Windows 7 on my personal notebook, and found that while its fantastic, they tweaked a few things. I was able to set it back to windows classic, which is great, it really feels like windows 98, even the speed! :)

So in this article, we are going to do a quick tutorial on bringing back your task bar.
1.Right click on an empty spot on the taskbar.
2.Hover over toolbars, and then select New toolbar when it appears.
3.Type in the address bar: %appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
4.click on select folder
5.Now, make sure that the task bar isnt locked, then grab the toolbar on the taskbar, and drag it all the way to the right. Be patient, it will move.
6.Now right click on the taskbar, and uncheck the boxes for show text, and show title.
7.Enjoy, it should now look and feel just like it always has.
