Cant connect to the internet

Having problems connecting to the internet? Here are some steps to get you back on the internet:
1. Do the easy steps first, reboot your machine and if you are connecting wirelessly, make sure your wireless device is on, enabled, and connected to your wireless router.
2. If you are connected with a cable, where is it going to? Make sure it is plugged in. You may need to reboot your router if you have one, or if it is going straight to your cable modem or DSL router, try rebooting that.
If that does not resolve the issue, it may be much more complicated to handle yourself, but don't worry, one of our computer repair technicians will be happy to help you!
