Font's can be found for free on many sites if you do a quick search for them, and they can be handy if you want to jazz up your word docs, or use for images. Remember though that if you are doing a webpage, you users will not be able to see a custom installed font, always stick with the basic fonts when working on the internet.
How to install fonts in windows:
1. Download the font, be sure to have your antivirus up to date any time you download anything off the internet.
2. Click on start, then click on run.
3. Type in: %windir%\fonts
4. Click on File, then click on Install new font.
5. Browse to where you downloaded your font, and select it.
6. check the box for copy to font folder, and hit okay.
*Tip: hold control to select more than one font
That's it, your font is installed and ready to use as you would any other font.
