Email not working due to password issue

Occasionaly we get calls about email, and every so often a client calls in saying thier email is not working and giving them a password failure.
Often times, this is just a server issue, and will clear itself up. Sometimes if you try it more than once or twice, you can actually lock yourself out of the server for a period of 30 minutes to an hour. So if you feel this might be the case, then wait for an hour, restart your computer, and try it again.
If this doesnt clear it up, then it is time to call your ISP and see if there is a larger issue at work. Feel free to call us if you need more help.
