Google thought Micheal Jacksons death was an attack
Written by Daniel Longieliere on July 22

Sources at google did confirm recently that after the recent passing of Micheal Jackson google went on the defensive because of a massive spike in Jackon related searches and web requests.

Some people requesting certain services from google even received messages stating thier request was similar to an automated request from a virus.

While our technological abilities continue to soar, so does our dependancy on technology to do more and more of our daily routines. News on events and current affairs is less and less the realm of tv as the internet does to tv what tv did to radio.

Those of you might remember 9/11 crippling major news websites like CNN.com, slowing them, or in some cases making them unavailable due to the unslaught of requests.

Overall it's a good move, bringing information to the end user at never before thought possible speeds.
